21st January 2025, for inclusion in the meeting agenda. Questions may be submitted using the combined

Nominations for committee and/or officer positions can also be submitted using this form up to 24 hours prior to
the AGM.
To join the virtual meeting, you will need to be a current member with access to a PC/Laptop/Tablet or Smartphone with an internet connection. Full details and invitation link will be sent to all members approx 1 week prior to AGM.
