Class RC Yachts are now

available to hire

Fancy a change to “Wet” sailing? Why not try out one of our radio controlled Yachts. Choice of 2 Dragon Class Yachts are now available to hire on the club booking system, where you can book and enjoy an AM or PM half day hire for £5. (You’ll need to have completed an induction on the use of the craft batteries and transmitters before you may book) A regular model boating session is planned for Wednesday evenings, when weather permits to try your hand at model racing, look out for familiarisation days, when our resident experts can take you through the yacht set up, radio handset controls and provide some basic training on how to operate these models, it’s fun, but not as easy as you might think! There’s now no excuse for putting your feet up by the fire on colder days! Download a cheat sheet here as a reference guide.
